I worked in an office that had a computerized brew and grind system. It was HUGE and presumably $$$ though I can’t remember the exact model. What I do remember is the coffee tasted like trash despite the fact it was fed high quality beans. I thought maybe it was the water temp but now after reading this I think it may have been rancid bits of grind in the machine somewhere. Ewww.
